Requirements
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Familiarity with common stacks
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. PHP, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Junior HR Executive
Requirements

- 1-2 years of HR experience with quality exposure to Performance Management, Talent Management processes preferably from Tech / Digital start-ups
- Hands-on experience of handling end-to end employee life cycle as a HR Executive
- Knowledge of HR concepts, international/national employment laws
- Good process know how of HR workflows, HR systems essential.
- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Review and analyze core HR metrics to present systemic action plans

Digital Marketing
Requirements
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Manage organization’s website
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc
- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
- Work on SEO of the website pages.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Promote company’s services in the digital space.
- Compile performances report using Google Analytics program.
- Keep attention to the updates of Google’s Algorithm.
- Contribute to the company’s blog for on-page and off-page optimization.
- Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company.
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
- Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
Business Developement Executive
Requirements
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
